FARES AND PRICES
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.
YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your voucher before departure to the staff at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation, unless the tour is sold as a private hire package where pre requested and agreed collection point has been arranged. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received and minimum run rate has been reached as published.

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellation more than 30 days in advance : £10 lost deposit per person per event booked
* Cancellation less than 30 days prior to event date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount
* Tickets for External Events or Attractions not operated by UK Weekender Ltd are non-refundable
* Additional Airport, Limousine or Coach - transfer services are non-refundable
Party Bus 'n' Bar Tour Package Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION
It is essential for both us (UKWL) and you (Booker) to understand what is expected from each other. So for the purpose of this document the following interpretations apply.
BOOKER This is the person who buys tickets for a party tour event on behalf of themselves and all members of a group. The Booker is the
person named on the booking form.
SELLER Is us, UK Weekender Ltd (UKWL) we agree to sell the services of the UKWL to the Booker subject to all the Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING FORM Is the document that is filled in by you - the Booker in order to make a booking with UKWL. It is a legal document.
TERMS & CONDS Terms and Conditions are the Terms under which the Seller agrees to do business with the Booker.
VEHICLE Means: Bus, Coach, or any vehicle the Seller may choose to use to provide part of the service to the Booker.
STAFF Means: The Driver, or Reps that are working for UKWL.
Terms & conditions
UKWL will supply the service to the Booker and the Booker will pay for the services in accordance with the terms and conditions. The Booker accepts the terms and conditions.
Any variations on the terms and conditions can only be permitted if expressed in writing by UKWL.
The Booker agrees to inform all members of the group that the event is booked and of all the terms and conditions and agrees to ensure that the conditions are adhered to. A booking is made and a contract formed when UKWL receives a booking form from you along with a deposit, and that booking is confirmed by us to you. The deposits are non-refundable. The booking form must be filled in correctly and supplied to us within a reasonable time before the booking date. Once UKWL have received the booking form from you we will confirm your booking along with an invoice for the balance payment, which must be paid at least 14 days before the booking date. Should you place a booking under 72 hours before event with a UKWL representative on resort, you will be issued with tickets as confirmation. An invoice for the transaction will be provided after the event at request.
You, the Booker, agree to indemnify the Seller in full against all lost, cost, damages, charges and expenses incurred by UKWL as a result of a cancellation by you.
If you fail to pay any outstanding balance by the due date, we, UKWL, will be entitled to regard the booking as cancelled and no refund will be payable. Should this occur
any tickets issued will become void.
Operations
The tour will normally commence at a central point, which will be a bar/restaurant advised and confirmed by UKWL. Once you have boarded the bus the driver will take the
best possible route between each venue, arriving and departing as near as possible to each venue while observing safety and legislation.
UKWL reserve the right to change any or all of the venues visited and menu where food is provided as part of package.
UKWL will not take responsibility for any delay in reaching any venue due to road works, traffic chaos or any other highway hazard.
UKWL may use the bus during any time that it is not transporting the Booker during the booking time.
Booker
The Booker will be responsible for any damage to vehicles, goods or property belonging to UKWL or our Suppliers caused by a member of the Booker's group.
The Booker will also be responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicles, goods or property as a result of incitement.
You also have to ensure that you and your group do not behave in such a way that puts safety to others at risk, or where damage to the vehicle, goods or property may occur. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the vehicle and is only permitted on venue premises in designated areas where available
The Booker's group is not permitted to carry any beverage out of a venue nor may they consume any beverages in a venue that was not purchased in that venue.
UKWL provide a party on a bus experience as part of the service the Booker is reminded that seating is provided for all passengers and advised group should remain seated during travel.
The Booker is responsible for ensuring all members of their group are over 18 years old and advised that valid proof of age may be requested for entry. Failure to provide
may result from exclusion from event with no refund.
Seller
Safety is our paramount concern, therefore if any of our staff see members of your group disregarding UKWL rules, legislation or jeopardizing our safety policy they will be entitled to remove them from the bus excluding them from the remainder of the event and those people will have to make their own way from that point. No refund will be due
The Seller does not guarantee entry into any venue and Rights Of Admission Reserved by the UKWL and venues. Loutish and drunken behavior will probably prevent admittance by the door staff and result in exclusion from event.
The Seller will not tolerate abuse from Bookers group to its staff or Suppliers staff and will result in exclusion, termination of event and may result in further prosecution. The Seller will not be held responsible for any loss of property belonging to Booker's which may be have been left in Vehicles or property. The Seller does not guarantee to complete any journey in any given time and, apart from the cover conferred by the compulsory statutory insurance against third party risks as required by S.151 road traffic act 1960 and S.148 road traffic act 1972, it does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, inconvenience, injury or death arising from any accident, breakdown or delay attributable to reasons beyond the control of the seller.
The Seller operates a party on a bus service as part of the tour service, in the unlikely event of a breakdown UKWL reserve the right to provide an alternative method of
reaching the venues, in order to complete the tour, this could be another bus, mini bus or via pedestrian guide.
Complaints
All complaints are taken very seriously but must be put in writing to the Company's Head Office Miscellaneous
The Seller will not be liable (other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Seller's negligence) for loss, injury or damage caused by third parties provided by the Seller where such loss, injury or damage arises from the act of omission of the third party.
The Seller's liability to the Booker (other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Seller's negligence) for any loss or damage of any nature:
(a) arising from any breach of the Conditions; or (b) any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of the Seller; or (c) in any other way out of or in connection with the non-performance of or purported non-performance of, or failure to perform the Services in accordance with the Conditions will be limited to no more than the total cost of the booking.
The Booker is not permitted to cancel this agreement except with the written consent of the Seller. Subject to the seller giving permission for the contract to be cancelled the following fees apply: - cancelled more than 21 days before the booking date refund of booking less deposit. Cancellation within 21 days of the booking, no refund will be due unless agreed with the seller.
UKWL provide a money back guarantee to the Booker covering the provision of bar tour services and overall enjoyment, excluding any food or nightclub tickets which may have been purchased as an upgrade. Should the Booker not be satisfied with the bar tour by the end of the second transportation, The Booker will have the opportunity to leave the tour and receive a refund, providing that at this time, the Booker makes the request with the rep supervisor, the Bookers entire party hand back wrist bands/entry tickets and leave the tour without entering the third venue. This guarantee will not be available should any members of the Bookers party be refused admission, requested to leave or excluded from the tour by either UKWL or its suppliers, following a breach of UK law, rules or these terms and conditions.
The Contract is between the Seller and the Booker as principals and may not be assigned by the Booker without the express written consent of the Seller.
These Conditions form the whole agreement between the Seller and the Booker and shall not be removed or varied in any way.
The Seller is in default of any of its obligations hereunder, it shall not be liable where such default is due to any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond the reasonable control of the Seller. In such circumstances, the Seller shall give notice to the Booker where possible, and be released from performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent the event of supervening impossibility prevents or restricts the Seller's performance.
These Conditions are subject to English Law and the Booker consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all matters regarding the Services. It is not the intention of the parties to confer any rights contained in The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 on any third parties referred to herein, and any such rights which may otherwise be implied are hereby excluded.

Private Hire Party Bus Terms & Conditions

This is the person who hires the bus on behalf of themselves and all members of a group. The Hirer is the person named on the booking form.
Is us, UK Weekender Ltd (UKWL) we agree to sell the services of the UKWL to the Hirer subject to all the Terms and Conditions.
Is the document that is filled in by you - the Hirer in order to make a booking with UKWL. It is a legal document.
Terms and Conditions are the Terms under which the Seller agrees to do business with the Hirer. Means: Bus, Coach, or any vehicle the Seller may choose to use to provide the service to the Seller. Means: The Driver, or Reps that are working for UKWL.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
UKWL will supply the service to the Hirer and the Hirer will pay for the services in accordance with the terms and conditions. The Buyer accepts the terms and conditions.
Any variations on the terms and conditions can only be permitted if expressed in writing by UKWL.
The Hirer agrees to inform all members of the group that the event is booked and of all the terms and conditions and agrees to ensure that the conditions are adhered to.

The bus hire will normally commence at a pre-arranged pick up location, which must be suitable for Double-Decker access and appropriate waiting
area. Once you have boarded the bus the tour begins and the driver will take the best possible route to your destination.
UKWL will not take responsibility for any delay in reaching any venue due to road works, traffic chaos or any other highway hazard.
When the bus is booked for a private event the price quoted will include parking, catering and porterage if appropriate.
UKWL may use the bus during any time that it is not transporting the Hirer during the booking time.
Hirer
- The Hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any member of the Hirer's group.
- The Hirer will also be responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle as a result of incitement.
- You also have to ensure that you and your group do not behave in such a way that puts safety to others at risk, or damage to the bus may occur.
- Food and drink are not allowed unless prior agreement is made with UKWL and drink is only permitted providing that passengers are over 18 and can provide accepted forms of I.D.
- Smoking onboard is illegal, NOT permitted anywhere on bus and is a is a finable offence.
Seller
